Before he collected our area rugs he went into details about what to expect, after the cleaning again went into details about the final results and personally showed us how to store them properly. Even though cleaning these rugs were his only job and very well done, he went beyond and above to help us find the appropriate person to professionally fix these rugs.

Along this journey thanks to him we were able to identify what types of area rugs we had. The only reason we were getting them back up to par is because they hold sentimental value nothing more.
