One major and very important difference between us and other rug cleaners is that we gently and individually hand-wash your rugs without resorting to large batch machine washing.  Quality above quantity is how we do things here at Artisan! 

 

Also, if a carpet cleaner comes in to your home and cleans your valuable rug like he would with carpet, he is doing a major dis-service to you and your rug.  To clean a rug properly, it must be dusted first which is not practical to do in a client's home.  Secondly, a carpet cleaner may use a high-Ph cleaner that could potentially damage your rug.  If the effects are not immediate, long term-damage may still result.

We are are a boutique rug washing company...many larger rug washing facilities use large machinery to wash rugs in an assembly-line fashion, not us!  Our Hand-Washed process starts with a thorough pre-inspection of your rug and ends with your complete satisfaction.

 

Rugs should be cleaned every 2-3 years of normal use; rugs that are in heavy traffic areas or exposed to pets or children should be cleaned at least yearly.
