We are a Boutique Rug Washing company; no large automated machines are used. Every rug is individually hand washed according to the needs of the rug and also for the construction. In some instances, certain rugs cannot be washed in water, so we have different dry cleaning or low-moisture techniques that we can also employ in those situations.

This article had heavy soil filtration from hanging over a fireplace. It is made up of over 100 pelts all sewn together! We clean items that others are afraid to touch!

All rugs received will be pre-inspected for damage, moth infestations, urine damage and other issues. We will also furnish you with the pre-inspection sheet for your records! (applies only to hand-woven rugs)

All of the rugs are dusted using a machine which shakes loose the dust with harmonic vibrations. Once the rug is dusted, we thoroughly vacuum both sides before washing.
